As if it isn't challenging enough for local area artists to find a stage to perform on, now it's getting more difficult for some of them to get paid for performing on them. DC area Hip Hop vet, Head Roc (of GODISHEUS), dropped in to rap with the crew about an issue affecting area performing artists and the basis upon which venues determine how much they will pay them at the end of the night.
