The Legend of DJ Spinna | 11.1.10

Arguably one of the most slept-on producers in Hip-Hop since the mid-'90s, DJ Spinna, takes time out of his non-stop schedule of producing dope beats and spinning around the globe (both across different genres of music) to chop it up with the team from Ill Street Grooves. We picked his brain about the array of talented artists he's worked with since the '90s (including Eminem, Polyrhythm Addicts and Apani B. Fly). And along with the DMV's own, SimCity, they spoke about the upcoming Beatdown: Indie Life Edition featuring Spinna, 88 Keys, Bink Dog, Kev Brown and others (shouts out to InnerLoop Records)! Last but not least, the crew paid homage to the one and only Jam Master Jay; 8 years after his untimely death........R.I.P. JMJ!
